Block Profit Analysis

• Summarise your block's performance and cost structure in one concise report.
• Understand the key drivers to your block's profitability.

• Receive up to three report updates:
  · prepare forecasts at the start of the year,
  · update your estimates during the year,
  · confirm final figures at year's end.
• Assess your blocks against average and upper quartile performance of groups of comparable blocks.

• Your individual block reports based on your submitted figures - up to three years detailed on each report.
• A report for each of your blocks comparing to the average and upper quartile of a like-group of blocks.
• A profit summary report of all your blocks submitted by block and by property.

Your Block Profit analysis price includes:

• Initial forecast (for the current year)
• One optional updated forecast during the year (you choose when you want to run it)
• The Actual Result at year end (we will contact you to remind you to submit your final figures after the end of the year).

1. Download and save the set of forms to your computer. The zip file contains a full set of forms, including the instruction sheet, or you can download the individual forms from the links below.

2. Complete one copy of the Grower Information Form and save as "YOURNAME".DOC.

3. Complete one copy of the Block Information form for each block that you wish to have analysed, and save these as "BLOCKNAME".DOC.

4. If you wish to calculate your specific additional expenses, complete one copy of the "Additional Expenses" information form. NB: this form is optional.

5. Email your completed data entry forms to deanna@hortwatch.com.

6. We will complete your block profit assessments, and email you the results within five working days.
